We produce pork, bacon, ham and sausages in our own butchery from pigs bred and reared on our farm in the beautiful Moss Valley, in North East Derbyshire.

The Thompson family has lived and farmed here for over a hundred years.

Seasonally, we also have home-bred lamb, hogget and mutton available.
