Who We Are
Mick is our head butcher, he basically works day and night to make sure that Moss Valley Fine Meats produces tasty, award winning pork year round. Mick has been a butcher for over 30 years and has extensive knowledge in meat cuts and production. If you’d like to speak to Mick about something he may be able to help you with, call us today!
Phil has been a part of Moss Valley Fine Meats since the very start, taking care of business and making sure things are running properly at the farm. Being the farm bitch is extremely difficult, but Phil makes it seem easy.
Lauren is our newest member of the team and is not afraid of hard work and proves it daily. She works with the pigs on the farm from day old up to the day we pass them onto Mick, as well as working with the reproduction side of the farm with he older sows. Lauren is an invaluable part of our team and wouldn't work efficiently without her.
