How much should I order?
As a guide, allow around 250g of raw joint per adult when served as a main meal with sides.

Cooking tips for this cut
Loin is a lean roasting cut. Use a meat thermometer to avoid cooking it longer than necessary, then rest for 15–20 minutes before carving.
Use a clean food thermometer to check that the centre reaches 70°C for 2 minutes, or 75°C for 30 seconds. Check meat away from bones. Food Standards Agency cooking guidance.
